Macro theme_with

macro_rules! theme_with {
    ($theme_name:ident {
        $(
            $theme_field_name:ident: $theme_field_val:expr

    }) => { ... };
}

Create FooThemeWith structs without having to deal with the verbose syntax.

Examples

Without the macro:

        theme: ButtonThemeWith {

}

With the macro:
